Abstract
(DE) Die Anmeldung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Bis(4-hydroxyaryl)alkanen hoher Reinheit aus Addukten von Bis(4-hydroxyaryl)alkanen und aromatischen Hydroxyverbindungen, die durch sauer katalysierte Umsetzung der aromatischen Hydroxyverbindungen mit Ketonen erhalten werden in dem die im Prozess gibeldeten Adduktkristalle nach der Kristallisation durch kontinuierliche Filtration aus der Suspension in einem mehrere Filterzellen enthaltenden und rotierenden Vakuumtrommelfilter von der Mutterlauge getrennt, anschließend gewaschen und die Waschflüssigkeit abgesaugt wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method for producing Bis(4-hydroxyaryl)alkanes of high purity from adducts of Bis(4-hydroxyaryl)alkanes and aromatic hydroxy compounds which are obtained by means of acid-catalysed conversion of the aromatic hydroxy compounds with ketones. After crystallisation, the adduct crystals resulting from the process are separated from the mother liquor by means of continuous filtration from the suspension in a rotating vacuum drum filter containing several filter cells and are subsequently washed and drawn off from the washing liquid by suction.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production de bis(4-hydroxyaryl)alcanes d'une grande pureté à partir d'adduits de bis(4-hydroxyaryl)alcanes et de composés hydroxy aromatiques, que l'on obtient par réaction catalysée par un acide des composés hydroxy aromatiques avec des cétones. Les cristaux d'adduits formés pendant le processus sont, après la cristallisation, séparés de l'eau mère par filtration continue, à partir de la suspension, dans un filtre à tambour à vide rotatif contenant plusieurs cellules de filtration.
