Abstract
(DE) Es wird eine elektrochemische Zelle für das Membranelektrolyseverfahren für Elektrolyseure mit Einzelelementtechnik beschrieben. Die Zelle besteht wenigstens aus 2 Halbschalen (8, 10), die einen Anolytraum (16) und einen Kathodenraum (22) mit dazwischen angeordneter Membran (5) umgeben, einer Anode (6) im Anolytraum (16), wobei der Kathodenraum (22) mit einer Sauerstoffverzehrkathode (4), mit mehreren übereinander angeordneten druckkompensierten Gastaschen (15), einem Katholytspalt (14) und gegebenenfalls einem Rückraum (19) versehen ist, wobei elektrisch leitende Stützelemente (7) im Anolytraum (16) und Stützelemente (3, 2, 1) im Kathodenraum (22) auf gleicher einander gegenüberliegender Position vorgesehen sind.
(EN) The invention relates to an electrochemical cell for membrane electrolysis procedures for electrolysers with stand-alone element technology. Said cell consists of at least two half-shells (8, 10), which surround an anolyte chamber (16) and a cathode chamber (22) between which a membrane (5) is situated, and an anode (6), which is situated in the analyte chamber (16). The cathode chamber (22) is provided with an oxygen consuming cathode (4) with several superposed pressure-compensated gas pockets (15), a catholyte gap (14) and optionally, a back chamber (19). Electroconductive support elements (7) in the analyte chamber (16) and support elements (3, 2, 1) in the cathode chamber (22) are provided in identical positions opposite each other.
(FR) L'invention concerne une cellule électrochimique pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé d'électrolyse par membrane, pour électrolyseurs, conçue selon la technique des éléments individuels. Cette cellule est constituée d'au moins deux demi-coques (8, 10) qui entourent une chambre à anolyte (16) et une chambre de cathode (22), une membrane (25) étant disposée entre ces deux chambres, et d'une anode (6) qui est placée dans la chambre à anolyte (16). La chambre à cathode (22) comporte une cathode de consommation d'oxygène (4), de plusieurs cavités à gaz (15) à compensation de pression, placées les unes sur les autres, une fente à catholyte (14) et, éventuellement, d'une chambre arrière (19). Des éléments de support (7) électroconducteurs sont placés dans la chambre à anolyte (16) et des éléments de support (3, 2, 1) sont placés dans la chambre de cathode (22) de façon à être alignés les uns avec les autres.
