Abstract
(EN) A process and system for electrical extraction of intracellular matter from biological matter, and intracellular matter products formed thereby, based on preparing a mixture of biological matter featuring cells, and an electro-conductive liquid, and electrifying the mixture by transmitting controlled cycles of pulses and pauses of electrical current into the mixture by using electrodes, whereby the pulses of electrical current pierce holes into or perforate the cell membranes of the cells, enabling the release of intracellular matter for collecting and separating into target intracellular matter extract and solid waste. Pauses included in each cycle of transmitting pulses of electrical current enable firm control of electrical extraction processing conditions, including extent of extraction, temperature effects, and pressure effects, during the electrical extraction process. Electrical extraction of the present invention is applicable to a wide variety of biological matter originating from human, animal, and plant entities. Intracellular matter extracts so obtained include highly concentrated liquid fertilizer, valuable elements, nutrients, oils, and fats, which are used for manufacturing a diversity of end products of the agricultural, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un système pour l'extraction électrique de matière intracellulaire de matière biologique, et des produits à base de matière intracellulaire formés par lesdits procédé et appareil. Ledit procédé consiste à préparer un mélange de cellules formant une matière biologique et un liquide électro-conducteur, et à électrifier le mélange par la transmission de cycles contrôlés d'impulsions et de pauses de courant électrique dans le mélange au moyen d'électrodes, les impulsions de courant électrique perçant des trous dans les membranes cellulaires des cellules ou les perforant, ce qui permet la collecte de matière intracellulaire et sa séparation en extrait de matière intracellulaire cible et en déchets solides. Les pauses incluses dans chaque cycle de transmission d'impulsions de courant électrique permettent le contrôle rigoureux des conditions de traitement par extraction électrique, dont, entre autres l'ampleur de l'extraction, les effets de la température et de la pression, pendant le procédé d'extraction électrique. L'extraction électrique de l'invention s'applique à une grande variété de matières biologiques provenant de l'homme, de l'animal et d'entités végétales. Les extraits de matière intracellulaire ainsi obtenus peuvent se présenter, entre autres, sous forme de fertilisants liquides très concentrés, d'éléments de valeur, de sels nutritifs, d'huiles et de graisses, utilisés pour la fabrication d'une grande diversité de produits finis de l'agriculture, des industries pharmaceutiques, cosmétiques et alimentaires.
