(EN)An isotropic bonded magnet which consist essentially of a R-T-N magnet powder having a main component composition represented, in atomic %, by R$g(a)T100-($g(a)+$g(b)+$g(g)+$g(g))M$g(b)B$g(g)N$g(d) wherein R represents Sm or Sm and at least one of other rare earth elements including Y, T represents Fe or Fe and Co, M represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of Al, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Cu, Ga, Zr, Nb, Mo, Hf, Ta, W and Zn, and $g(a), $g(b), $g(g) and $g(d) satisfy 4 $m(F) $g(a) $m(F) 15, 0 $m(F) $g(b) $m(F) 10, 0 $m(F) $g(g) $m(F) 4 and 4 $m(F) $g(d) $m(F) 30, respectively, and a binder, is formed into a sheet having a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm, and has a maximum roughness in accordance to JIS B 0601 being reduced to 15 $g(m)m or less.
