Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method and device for pre-heating a charge for an electric arc furnace (EAF) (1). The reoxidation on pre-heating HBI and DRI in the EAF (1) is avoided, whereby the pre-heating of the charge is achieved by means of the flue-gas from the EAF (1), flowing co-current with the direction of transport of the charge and by controlling the oxygen content of the flue gases. A vertical top-charging pre-heating shaft is fitted in the vicinity of the EAF (1), which comprises a heavy transporter for the charge. The upper end (3) thereof is connected to the EAF (1) and the lower end thereof (13) is flow connected to a source of reduced pressure (2) and which also comprises at least one gas burner (22), with controllable flue-gas oxygen content.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif servant à préchauffer une charge dans un four à arc électrique (Elektrolichtbogenofen / EAF) (1). La réoxydation provoquée dans l'EAF (1) par le HBI (Hot Briquetted Iron / fer briqué à chaud) et le DRI (Direct Reduced Iron / fer de réduction directe) est évitée grâce au préchauffage de la charge par l'intermédiaire du gaz de combustion provenant de l'EAF (1) et dans le même flux que la direction de transport de la charge, ainsi que par régulation de la teneur en oxygène du gaz de combustion. Au voisinage de l'EAF (1) se trouve une cuve de préchauffage verticale (4) pouvant être remplie par le dessus, permettant le transport de la charge par gravité. L'extrémité supérieure (3) de ladite cuve est en liaison fluidique avec l'EAF (1) et son extrémité inférieure (13) est en liaison fluidique avec une source de dépression (2), et la cuve présente au moins un brûleur à gaz (22) avec une teneur en oxygène de son gaz de combustion réglable.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Vorwärmen einer Charge in einem Elektrolichtbogenofen / EAF (1). Die beim Vorwärmen von HBI und DRI im EAF (1) auftretende Rückoxidation wird dadurch vermieden, dass die Vorwärmung der Charge durch Rauchgas aus dem EAF (1) und im Gleichstrom mit der Transportrichtung der Change sowie bei Kontrolliertem Sauerstoffgehalt des Rauchgases erfolgt, wobei in der Nähe des EAF (1) ein vertikaler, von oben befüllbarer Vorwärmschacht (4) mit Schwerkrafttransport der Charge vorgesehen ist, dessen oberes Ende (3) mit dem EAF (1) und dessen unteres Ende (13) mit einer Unterdruckquelle (2) in Strömungsverbindung stehen und der zumindest einen Gasbrenner (22) mit regelbarem Sauerstoffgehalt seines Abgases aufweist.
