Abstract:
(EN) The invention provides methods of identifying toxic agents, e.g., hepatotoxic agents, using differential gene expression. Also provided are methods of predicting the risk level and or injury type of NSAIDs. Also disclosed are novel nucleic acid sequences whose expression is differentially regulated by NSAIDs.
(FR) L'invention concerne des méthodes d'identification d'agents toxiques, par exemple des agents hépatotoxiques, utilisant l'expression génétique différentielle. L'invention concerne également des méthodes de prévision du niveau de risque et/ou du type de lésion associés aux AINS. L'invention concerne enfin de nouvelles séquences d'acide nucléique dont l'expression est régulée de manière différentielle par les AINS.
