Abstract:
(EN) Mutant strains of Bradyrhizobium japonicum, BJ5009 and BJ5019, were created by transposon mutagenesis of known B. japonicum strain USDA 110. The strains are characterized by superior competitiveness for nodulation of legumes in the presence of the parent strain and other B. japonicum strains.
(FR) La présente invention concerne des souches mutantes de Bradyrhizobium japonicum, BJ5009 et BJ5019, obtenues par mutagenèse par transposons de souche de B. japonicum USDA 110 connue. Ces souches sont caractérisées par une compétitivité supérieure à l'égard des nodulations chez les légumineuses, en présence de la souche parentale et d'autres souches B.japonicum.
