(EN)The invention discloses a new kind of polypeptide-human Ras protein 66 and the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant methods. It also disclose the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of diseases, such as cancer, hemopathy, HIV infection, immune diseases and inflammation. The antagonist of the polypeptide and therapeutic use of the same is also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said human Ras binding protein 66.
(FR)Cette invention concerne une nouvelle variante de protéine 66 humaine associée à Ras et le polynucléotide codant pour ce polypeptide ainsi que l'obtention dudit polypeptide par des méthodes recombinantes.
