(EN)A thermal sensor (20) located in the centre of a food simulant composition (24) linked to a remote measuring indicating and/or regulating device (28). The temperature of the food simulant changes in the same way as food stored in its vicinity and is unaffected by the movement of the ambient air which varies in temperature dramatically. This allows an actual reading and recording of stored food temperature and the regulation of the temperature within a refrigerated space by a thermostat (16). Its uses are mainly for frozen, chilled and refrigerated food, and the reading of temperature of food cooked for example in micro-wave ovens.
(FR)Un détecteur thermique (20) disposé au centre d'une composition simulant un produit alimentaire (24) est relié à un dispositif d'indication de télémesure et/ou de régulation (28). La température du simulant alimentaire varie de la même façon que l'aliment stocké à proximité et n'est pas affectée par le déplacement de l'air ambiant qui varie brutalement avec la température. Ceci permet une lecture et un enregistrement réels de la température de l'aliment stocké, ainsi que la régulation de la température dans un espace réfrigéré, au moyen d'un thermostat (16). Les applications principales concernent les aliments congelés, refroidis et réfrigérés, ainsi que la lecture de la température de produits alimentaires cuits, par exemple, au four à micro-ondes.
