Abstract:
The invention relates to a measuring rope-path sensor which has been optimised by the cost-effective production of the individual components thereof and a fast and thus cost-effective assembly by comprising a range of individual measures. Apart from the fact that the used housing components are embodied as injection moulded parts made of synthetic material, which is why the flatter end shield is configured as a pot-shaped closed housing, whereas the deeper end shield is configured as a transition component open on the front face and having a separately introduced front face, the sensor can be assembled in a simple and quick manner by virtue of a specially pre-formed flat spiral spring. Additional sliding discs consisting of an additional material are not required as a special synthetic material is used. Manifold fastening possibilities in relation to the surroundings can be obtained in a simple manner due to the selected outer design of the housing.
