Abstract:
(EN) The aim of the invention is to automatically monitor the supply of lubricants of a unit which is lubricated according to the oil and air lubrication principle. A method and two devices are provided by means of which oil streaks that move on the wall of the lubricant pipe are detected using capacitive or optoelectronic measuring and regulating means. Signals that depend on the wave movements of said streaks are used for control purposes.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et deux dispositifs pour la surveillance automatique de l'alimentation en lubrifiant d'une unité lubrifiée selon le principe de la lubrification par huile et air. Ces dispositifs, à l'aide de moyens de mesure de régulation capacitifs ou optoélectroniques, détectent les ondes de lubrifiant migrant sur la paroi de la conduite de lubrifiant et exploitent, à des fins de commande, des signaux dépendant des mouvements ondulatoires de ces ondes.
(DE) Zur automatischen Überwachung der Schmiermittelversorgung eines nach dem Prinzip der Öl + Luft-Schmierung geschmierten Aggregats werden ein Verfahren und zwei Vorrichtungen vorgeschlagen, die unter Verwendung kapazitiver oder optoelektronischer Mess- und Regelungsmittel, die an der Wandung der Schmiermittelleitung wandernden Ölschlieren erfassen und von den Wellenbewegungen dieser Schlieren abhängige Signale zu Steuerungszwecken nutzen.
