Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an electromagnet valve comprising a valve housing (1). A valve closing member (8) is moveably guided in said housing. The inventive valve also comprises an armature (5) that is arranged on the valve closing member (8) and performs a lifting movement in the direction towards a magnet core (3) according to the electromagnetic excitation of a valve coil (11) which is arranged on the valve housing (1). The magnet core (3) is arranged in the valve housing (1). The inventive valve further comprises a spring (6) that, in the electromagnetic non-excited valve position, positions the armature (5) at a defined axial distance from the magnet core (3) in such a way that the armature (5) is separated from the magnet core (3) by a gap. In addition to the spring (6), a spring element (4) is introduced between the front face of the armature (5) and the front face of the magnet core (3).
(FR) L'invention concerne une vanne électromagnétique comportant un corps de vanne (1), dans lequel peut se déplacer un obturateur de vanne (7), un induit magnétique (5) monté sur l'obturateur de vanne (7), qui exécute, en fonction de l'excitation électromagnétique d'une bobine de vanne (11) montée sur le corps de vanne (1), une course en direction d'un noyau magnétique (3) disposé dans le corps de vanne (1), ainsi qu'un ressort (6) qui, en l'absence d'excitation électromagnétique, maintient l'induit magnétique (5) à une distance axiale définie du noyau magnétique (3), de telle sorte que l'induit magnétique (5) est séparé du noyau magnétique (3) par un espace intermédiaire. En plus du ressort (6), un élément élastique (4) est introduit entre la face de l'induit magnétique (5) et la face du noyau magnétique (3).
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Elektromagnetventil, mit einem Ventilgehäuse (1), in dem ein Ventilschließglied (7) beweglich geführt ist, mit einem am Ventilschließglied (7) angebrachten Magnetanker (5), der in Abhängigkeit von den elektromagnetischen Erregung einer am Ventilgehäuse (1) angebrachten Ventilspule (11) eine Hubbewegung in Richtung auf einen im Ventilgehäuse (1) angeordneten Magnetkern (3) vollzieht sowie mit einer Feder (6), die in der elektromagnetisch nicht erregten Ventilstellung den Magnetanker (5) in einem definierten Axialabstand vom Magnetkern (3) positioniert, so dass der Magnetanker (5) vom Magnetkern (3) durch einen Zwischenraum getrennt ist. Zusätzlich zur Feder (6) ist ein Federelement (4) zwischen der Stirnfläche des Magnetankers (5) und der Stirnfläche des Magnetkerns (3) eingefügt.
