(FR) PROCEDE DE TRAITEMENT DE PRECISION DES DEUX COTES DES ARTICLES PLATS AU MOYEN DE DECOUPAGE
Abstract:
(EN) A method for precision two-sided machining of flat articles consisting in the following: a workpiece which is based at least on three points is introduced into a machining area between oppositely situated cutting elements of diamond tools (1) and (2) in such a way that all plane surfaces of the piece can be machined. Diamond drums are used as diamond tools. The generatrixes of the diamond drums are longer than the maximum length of the workpiece measured along said generatrixes. Axes (7) of rotation of the drums are oriented parallel to each other in such a way that they lie on the same plane as the contact lines between the cutting parts of the drums and the working surfaces of the workpiece. When the workpiece is introduced into the machining area, the drums perform a relative displacement such that a projection of the workpiece on the plane which is perpendicular to the axes (7) of rotation of the drums performs a forward motion across the axes of rotation. Said axes (7) are allowed to intersect the axis (8) of rotation of the workpiece during a complete machining cycle. The base positioning of the workpiece is carried out along the contact line between one of the surfaces being machined with the cutting element of the corresponding diamond drum and with aid of at least one base device which is situated outside the cutting area.
(FR) Le procédé de traitement de précision des deux cotés des articles plats au moyen de découpage consiste en ce qui suit: alimenter l'article à traiter (ART) dans la zone de découpage entre deux éléments de coupe d'outils diamantés (1, 2), ledit outil devant être basé sur au moins trois points et permettant de traiter toute la superficie de ses surfaces plates. On utilise en tant qu'outils diamantés (1, 2) des tambours diamantés dont la longueur des génératrices est supérieure aux dimensions maximales de l'ART le long de ces génératrices. Les axes de rotation (7) des tambours diamantés sont orientés parallèles, de manière à ce qu'ils se trouvent dans le même plan que les lignes de contact des éléments de coupe des tambours diamantés avec les surfaces à traiter de l'ART. Lors de l'introduction dans la zone de traitement, on communique à l'ART et/ou aux tambours diamantés un mouvement qui permet à une projection de l'ART sur un plan perpendiculaire aux axes (7) de rotation des tambours diamantés de s'avancer en travers desdits axes (7) de rotation, les axes (7) pouvant croiser l'axe (8) de rotation de l'ART lors du cycle de traitement complet. L'ART est basé par rapport à la ligne de contact de l'une des surfaces à traiter de l'ART et de l'élément de coupe du tambour diamanté correspondant ainsi qu'à un au moins des systèmes de base, disposé en dehors de la zone de découpage.
