Abstract:

(EN)Device and method to produce reinforcement metal cages comprising longitudinal round pieces (13) associated with stirrups (12) arranged at intervals along them, there being included at least means to feed the round pieces (13), means to position at least one stirrup (12) at a time, at least one work assembly (14) comprising at least attachment means (18) and at least a guide and positioning element (34) for at least each one of said round pieces (13) and a supporting plane (20) on which the cage is formed, wherein said at least one work assembly (14) and said supporting plane (20) have a position which can be reciprocally regulated at least vertically in order to position the stirrups (12) with respect to the round pieces (13), or vice versa, at the attachment heights according to specifications.
(FR)La présente invention concerne un dispositif et un procédé permettant de produire des cages métalliques d'armature, comprenant des pièces rondes longitudinales (13) qui sont associées à des étriers (12), disposés selon un certain intervalle le long de ces pièces. Ce dispositif et ce procédé comprennent au moins un système d'alimentation en pièces rondes (13), un système de positionnement d'au moins un étrier (12) à la fois, au moins un ensemble de travail (14) qui comprend au moins un système d'attache (18) et au moins un élément de guidage et de positionnement (34) destiné à au moins chacune desdites pièces rondes (13), ainsi qu'un plan de support (20) sur lequel la cage est formée. Ledit ensemble de travail (14) et ledit plan de support (20) présentent une position qui peut être mutuellement réglée au moins verticalement, afin de positionner les étriers (12) par rapport aux pièces rondes (13), ou inversement, aux hauteurs d'attache correspondant aux spécifications.
