Abstract:
(EN) An intrabody implantable system (100) for long-term, real-time monitoring of at least one parameter associated with heart performance. The system (100) includes: (a) a first sensor (102) being implantable within a heart and being for collecting information pertaining to a pressure in a first cavity of the heart; (b) at least one additional sensor (106) being implantable in a blood vessel supporting blood flow into or out of a second cavity of the heart, the at least one additional sensor (106) being for collecting information pertaining to a pressure and a flow within the blood vessel; and (c) at least one device (110) implantable in the body and being in data communication with the first sensor (102) and the at least one additional sensor (106), the at least one device (110) being for receiving the information pertaining to the pressure in the first cavity of the heart and the information pertaining to the pressure and the flow within the blood vessel and for relaying the information outside of the body.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un système intracorporel implantable de surveillance en temps réel au long terme d'au moins un paramètre en liaison avec le fonctionnement du coeur. Ce système comporte: (a) une première sonde implantable dans un coeur de façon à recueillir de l'information se rapportant à une pression dans une première cavité cardiaque; (b) au moins une sonde additionnelle implantable dans un vaisseau sanguin accueillant un écoulement sanguin en entrée ou sortie d'une seconde cavité cardiaque, de façon à recueillir de l'information se rapportant à une pression et un débit à l'intérieur de ce vaisseau sanguin; et (c) au moins un dispositif implantable intracorporellement de façon à être en communication informatique avec la première sonde et la sonde additionnelle. Ce dispositif est ainsi capable, non seulement de recevoir l'information se rapportant à la pression dans la première cavité cardiaque et l'information se rapportant à la pression et au débit à l'intérieur du vaisseau sanguin, mais également de retransmettre à l'extérieur du corps l'information se rapportant à la pression dans la première cavité cardiaque et l'information se rapportant à la pression et au débit à l'intérieur du vaisseau sanguin.
