Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a method for improving the mechanical properties, especially the hardness, of journal crosses for use in articulated shafts. According to the invention, a superficial area which is defined by the transition surfaces between two journals that are adjacent to each other in the peripheral direction and the superficial areas of the peripheral surfaces of the adjacent journals that point in the peripheral direction is inductively hardened in a process step and then quenched with cooling agents.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un procédé d'amélioration des propriétés mécaniques, en particulier de la dureté, de croisillons de tourillons destinés à être utilisés dans des arbres de transmission. Selon l'invention, chaque zone de surface correspondant aux surfaces de transition comprises entre deux tourillons voisins en direction circonférentielle et les parties de surface de direction circonférentielle des surfaces périphériques des deux tourillons voisins, est soumise, durant une étape du procédé, à un durcissement par induction, puis à une trempe réalisée au moyen d'un agent de refroidissement.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Verbesserung der mechanischen Eigenschaften, insbesondere der Härte, von Zapfenkreuzen für den Einsatz in Gelenkwellen. Erfindungsgemäss wird jeweils ein Flächenbereich, welcher durch die Übergangsflächen zwischen zwei einander in Umfangsrichtung benachbarter Zapfen und die in Umfangsrichtung weisenden Flächenbereiche der Umfangsflächen der beiden einander benachbarten Zapfen beschreibbar ist, in einem Verfahrensschritt induktiv gehärtet und anschliessen durch Kühlmittel abgeschreckt.
