Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a circuit device for protecting voltage-sensitive electrical components against voltage-overload. Said circuit device has a passive network (D2, C2) comprising an electrical accumulator (C2). Said accumulator is used to store at least one fraction of the electrical energy which is supplied to at least one voltage-sensitive electrical component (T1) to generate a voltage or voltage impulse. The invention also relates to an active network embodied as a shunt regulator (T2, IC) which is used to remove at least one portion of the electrical energy stored in the electrical accumulator (C2) from said electrical accumulator (C2).
(FR) L'invention concerne un ensemble circuit pour protéger des composants électriques sensibles à la tension contre des surcharges de tension. Cet ensemble circuit présente un réseau passif (D2, C2) comportant un moyen d'accumulation d'énergie électrique (C2) qui sert à accumuler au moins une partie de l'énergie électrique de la tension ou des impulsions de tension appliquée(s) aux bornes d'au moins un composant électrique (T1) sensible à la tension. Cet ensemble circuit présente également un réseau actif se présentant sous la forme d'un régulateur en dérivation (T2, IC) qui sert à évacuer du moyen d'accumulation d'énergie électrique (C2) au moins une partie de l'énergie électrique accumulée dans ce dernier.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft eine Schaltungsanordnung zum Schutz spannungsempfindlicher elektrischee Bauteile gegen Spannungsüberlastung. Die Schaltungsanordnung besitzt ein passives Netzwerk (D2, C2) mit einem elektrischen Speichermittel (C2), das zur Speicherung wenigstens eines Teils der elektrischen Energie der an dem mindestens einen spannungsempfindlichen elektrischen Bauteil (T1) anliegenden Spannung bzw. Spannungsimpulse dient, und ein als Shunt-Regler (T2, IC) ausgebildetes aktives Netzwerk, das dazu dient, wenigstens einen Teil der in dem elektrischen Speichermittel (C2) gespeicherten elektrischen Energie von dem elektrischen Speichermittel (C2) abzuführen.
