Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to the production of machine components, especially piston rings (3) and/or pistons and/or cylinder liners of engines, preferably two-stroke great diesel engines, that are provided with at least one sliding surfaces. Said engines are provided with a coating (4) in the area of the sliding surface thereof. The coating comprises an aluminium bronze and is applied to the base material. The aim of the invention is to provide the properties of the coating, compared with a coating consisting of pure aluminium bronze, in any desired way. The coating (4) is produced by aggregating aluminium bronze and at least one additional material that is not alloyed therewith. The coating (4) is sprayed onto the base material in one or several layers according to the thermo spray method.
(FR) L'invention concerne la production de pièces de machine, en particulier de segments de piston (3) et/ou de pistons et/ou de chemises de cylindre de moteurs, de préférence de moteurs diesel deux-temps de grande taille, pièces qui sont pourvues, dans la zone de leur surface de glissement, d'un revêtement (4) contenant du bronze d'aluminium, appliqué sur le matériau de base. On peut améliorer les caractéristiques de ce revêtement, si l'on compare avec un revêtement constitué de pur bronze d'aluminium, d'une façon souhaitée quelconque, par le fait que le revêtement (4) est formé par agrégation de bronze d'aluminium et d'au moins d'un autre matériau non allié avec celui-ci, et que le revêtement (4) est appliqué en une couche ou en plusieurs couches sur le matériau de base, selon le procédé de thermopulvérisation.
(DE) Bei der Herstellung von mit wenigstens einer Gleitfläche versehenen Maschinenteilen, insbesondere Kolbenringen (3) und/oder Kolben und/oder Zylinderbüchsen von Motoren, vorzugsweise Zweitakt-Grossdieselmotoren, die im Bereich ihrer Gleitfläche mit einer auf das Grundmaterial aufgebrachten, eine Aluminium-Bronze enthaltende Beschichtung (4) versehen sind, lassen sich dadurch die Eigenschaften der Beschichtung gegenüber einer aus reiner Aluminium-Bronze bestehenden Beschichtung in jeder gewünschten Richtung verbessern, dass die Beschichtung (4) durch eine Aggregation von Aluminium-Bronze und wenigstens einem weiteren, hiermit nicht legierten Material gebildet wird, und dass die Beschichtung (4) als ein- oder mehrlagige Beschichtung im Thermosprühverfahren auf das Grundmaterial aufgesprüht wird.
