Abstract:
(EN) The present invention is directed to methods and compositions for detecting differences in sequences, such as genomic sequences. Particularly, the invention is directed to determinations of single nucleotide polymorphisms and short tandem repeats. Methods of detection include triplex protection assays and restriction fragment target assays.
