Abstract:
(EN) Method of analysis of a sample of cell extract containing a plurality of components comprising preparing a sample of cell extract; separating said sample to separate the components within the cell extract and obtaining an electronic image of the separated sample. Spot analysis areas in said electronic image is determined using as a criteria that the number of spot analysis areas should be close to a predetermined value and applying said determined spot analysis areas on the electronic image for evaluating the areas in order to detect spots representing components of the cell extract.
(FR) L'invention concerne une méthode permettant d'analyser un échantillon d'extrait cellulaire contenant une pluralité de composant, laquelle méthode consiste à préparer un échantillon d'extrait cellulaire ; à séparer ledit échantillon de manière à séparer les composants de l'extrait cellulaire et à obtenir une image électronique de l'échantillon séparé. On détermine ensuite des zones d'analyse de taches dans ladite image électronique en utilisant comme critère le fait que le nombre de zone d'analyse de taches doit être proche d'une valeur prédéterminée, et on applique les zones d'analyse de taches déterminées sur l'image électronique de manière à évaluer lesdites zones en vue de la détection des taches représentant les composants de l'extrait cellulaire.
