Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a wax compound, which is provided as a loading material for working into a support material system for hydrophobing said support material. Said support materials are mainly mineral and fibre or renewable raw materials-based construction or filler materials, or pigments. The inventive compound consists of natural and/or synthetic waxes, montan wax constituents, resin, preferably of natural origin, and paraffin waxes and/or fats or fatty acids. The compound is also chemically modified and in addition to the aforementioned constituents, which can be present in their entirety or individually, contains small quantities of hardening or elasticity-improving substances, surface-active and/or performance-enhancing substances such as grinding auxiliaries or substances for preventing re-agglomeration. The actual material composition of the inventive compound depends on the material matrix in which it is used. The properties of the wax compound are regulated in such a way that it can be processed into a powder product with suitable reducing methods, e.g., grinding in cooled, high-speed, high-impact grinding devices. In this form, the inventive compound produces a significantly better mass-effect ratio.
(FR) L'invention concerne un composé cire servant de granulats lors de son intégration dans un système support aux fins d'imperméabilisation de ce dernier. On utilise comme supports principalement des matériaux de construction ou matières de charge minéraux et basés sur des fibres ou des matières brutes renouvelables, ainsi que des pigments. L'invention concerne un composé en cires naturelles et/ou synthétiques, des constituants de cire instantanée, de la résine, de préférence d'origine naturelle, et des paraffines et/ou des graisses ou acides gras. En outre, ce composé est chimiquement modifié. Il contient non seulement les constituants cités qui peuvent être présents ensemble ou individuellement, mais aussi de faibles quantités de substances durcissantes ou améliorant l'élasticité, des agents tensioactifs et/ou augmentant l'efficacité ainsi que des agents auxiliaires de broyage ou des substances empêchant la réagglomération. La composition concrète du composé selon l invention est déterminée par la matrice matière dans laquelle elle doit agir. Les propriétés du composé cire sont réglées de telle façon que des procédés de désintégration adéquats, par exemple, un broyage dans des broyeurs grande vitesse refroidis et à fortes sollicitations de percussions, permettent de le transformer en produit pulvérulent. Le composé permet alors, sous cette forme, d'obtenir un rapport masse/efficacité nettement amélioré.
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft ein Wachscompound, das als Zuschlagstoff bei der Einarbeitung in ein Trägerstoffsystem zu dessen Hydrophobierung vorgesehen ist. Als Trägerstoffe werden hauptsächlich mineralische und auf Fasern bzw. nachwachsenden Rohstoffen basierende Bau- oder Füllstoffe, wie auch Pigmente angesehen. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Compound aus natürlichen und/oder synthetischen Wachsen, Montanwachsinhaltsstoffen, Harz, vorzugsweise natürlichen Ursprungs, und Paraffinwachsen und/oder Fetten bzw. Fettsäuren. Das Compound wird ausserdem chemisch modifiziert. Es enthält zusätzlich zu den vorgenannten Bestandteilen, die gesamtheitlich oder alternativ vorhanden sein können, geringe Mengen härtender oder elastizitätsverbessernder Substanzen, oberflächenaktiver und/oder wirksamkeitssteigernder Stoffe sowie Mahlhilfsmittel bzw. solche Substanzen, die die Reagglomeration verhindern. Die konkrete Stoffzusammensetzung des erfindungsgemässen Compounds richtet sich nach der Stoffmatrix, in der es wirken soll. Das Wachscompound ist in seinen Eigenschaften so eingestellt, dass es durch geeignete Zerkleinerungsverfahren, z.B. Mahlung in gekühlten schnelllaufenden Mühlen mit hoher Prallbeanspruchung, zu einem staubförmigen Produkt verarbeitbar ist und in dieser Form zu einem deutlich verbesserten Masse-Wirkungsverhältnis führt.
