(EN)The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-subunit 15 of human F1F0 ATP synthase and a polynucleotide encoding the same, as well as a method of producing the polypeptide by DNA recombinant technology. The present invention also discloses methods of using the polypeptide in treatment of various disease, especially in treatment of energy metabolism and material metabolism disorder, such as DOWN syndrome, BATTEN condition, Alzheimer's disease, some tumors, some genetic disease, blood disease, and immunological disease. The present invention also discloses an antagonist against the polypeptide and the therapeutic use of the same. The present invention also discloses the use of such polynucleotide encoding the subunit 15 of human F1F0 ATP synthase.
(FR)L'invention concerne un nouveau polypeptide, une sous-unité 15 de la synthase humaine F1F0 ATP, et un polynucléotide codant pour ce polypeptide ainsi qu'un procédé d'obtention de ce polypeptide par des techniques recombinantes d'ADN. L'invention concerne en outre les applications de ce polypeptide dans le traitement de maladies, notamment des tumeurs malignes, de l'hémopathie, de l'infection par VIH, de maladies immunitaires et de diverses inflammations. L'invention concerne aussi l'antagoniste agissant contre le polypeptide et son action thérapeutique ainsi que les applications de ce polynucléotide codant pour la sous-unité 15 de la synthase humaine F1F0 ATP.
