Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus and method for dispensing carbonated beverages into an open container uses a bottom filling technique in which the outlet port of the nozzle (14) is proximate to a bottom of the open container (24) when dispensing is initiated. The carbonated beverage is maintained in a pressurized state within the nozzle (14) and the remainder of the system, until immediately prior to opening a valve (15) to dispense the carbonated beverage into the open container. Prior to opening valve, the pressure of the carbonated beverage nozzle is reduced to an appropriate dispensing pressure, preferably slightly above atmospheric pressure, by slightly enlarging the nozzle volume.
(FR) Dispositif et procédé servant à verser des boissons gazeuses dans un réservoir ouvert et mettant en application une technique de remplissage par le fond qui consiste à placer l'orifice de sortie de l'ajutage à proximité du fond du réservoir ouvert quand on commence à verser la boisson. On maintient la boisson gazeuse sous pression à l'intérieur de l'ajutage et le reste du système, immédiatement avant l'ouverture d'un robinet afin de verser la boisson gazeuse dans le réservoir ouvert. Préalablement à l'ouverture du robinet, on diminue la pression de l'ajutage de la boisson gazeuse jusqu'à une pression de distribution appropriée, de préférence, légèrement au-dessus de la pression atmosphérique, par augmentation légère du volume de l'ajutage.
