Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to palatable compositions, comprising an oil phase containing an unpalatable edible oil, a hydrocolloid base, a sweetening agent and an aqueous phase characterized in that the hydrocolloid base either consists of starch and at least one thickening agent or alternatively, comprises two or more thickening agents, optionally with starch.
(FR) L'invention concerne des compositions comportant une phase huileuse contenant une huile comestible désagréable au goût, une base hydrocolloïde, un édulcorant et une phase aqueuse.
