Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a retarder system for utility vehicles, consisting of a transmission-oil circuit (18) for lubricating the transmission and a retarder coolant circuit (4), which uses the transmission oil as service fluid. The two circuits are coupled via a link (21) in such a way that transmission oil can be diverted from the transmission-oil circuit (18) when the braking action of the retarder (1) is not operative, in order to increase the flow of the transmission oil through a radiator (3). The invention also relates to a retarder pump (12) comprising a drive motor (25), preferably an electromotor.
(FR) Système ralentisseur pour véhicules utilitaires, créé à partir d'un circuit (18) d'huile pour boîte de vitesses et d'un circuit (4) de refroidissement de ralentisseur qui utilise l'huile pour boîte de vitesses comme fluide de fonctionnement. Ces deux circuits sont couplés par une liaison (21) de manière telle qu'à l'état de non-freinage du ralentisseur (1), de l'huile pour boîte de vitesses peut être déviée du circuit (18) d'huile pour boîte de vitesses en vue d'augmenter la quantité de cette huile traversant un radiateur. La présente invention concerne également une pompe (12) de ralentisseur dotée d'un moteur (25) d'entraînement, de préférence d'un moteur électrique.
(DE) Es wird ein Retardersystem für Nutzkraftfahrzeuge geschaffen, aus einem Getriebeölkreislauf (18) zur Getriebeschmierung und aus einem Retarderkühlkreislauf (4), der das Getriebeöl als Betriebsfluid nutzt, wobei beide Kreisläufe über eine Verbindung (21) derart gekoppelt sind, dass im nicht bremsaktivierten Zustand des Retarders (1) zur Erhöhung des Getriebeöldurchflusses durch einen Kühler (3) Getriebeöl aus dem Getriebeölkreislauf (18) abzweigbar ist. Des weiteren wird eine Retarderpumpe (12) mit einem Antriebsmotor (25), vorzugsweise einem Elektromotor, vorgeschlagen.
