Abstract:
(EN) A composition for metal surface treatment which comprises an aluminum ion, a magnesium ion, a manganese ion, a water-soluble organic resin, an acid and water; and a surface treated metal material which has been treated with the composition. The resultant surface treated metal material is free from the danger of water contamination owing to chromium, since the composition is free of chromium, and also is excellent in both electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance. Accordingly, the metal material can be used in a wide variety of applications in place of a conventional chromate-treated steel sheet and the like.
(FR) La présente invention concerne une composition pour traitement de surface de métal qui comprend un ion aluminium, un ion magnésium, un ion manganèse, une résine organique hydrosoluble, un acide et de l'eau. L'invention concerne également un matériau métallique à surface traitée qui a été traité avec la composition. Le matériau métallique à surface traitée ainsi obtenu, qui ne présente aucun risque de contamination des eaux par le chrome étant donné que la composition est exempte de chrome, se distingue également par sa bonne conductivité électrique et sa résistance à la corrosion. Il en résulte que ce matériau métallique convient à une grande diversité d'application en remplacement des tôles d'acier et analogues conventionnelles traitées aux chromates.
