(FR) PROCEDE D'ELIMINATION D'UN SOLVANT A BASE D'HYDROCARBURES D'UNE SOLUTION DE COPOLYMERE BLOC HYDROGENE
Abstract:
(EN) A method for removing a solvent from a hydrocarbon solvent solution of a hydrogenated block copolymer (a hydrogenation degree for double bonds of conjugated diene monomer units: 30 % or more) obtained by hydrogenating a block copolymer comprising a polymer block containing a vinyl aromatic monomer unit as a main component and a polymer block containing a conjugated diene monomer unit as another main component (vinyl aromatic monomer unit/ conjugated diene monomer unit, in weight ratio: 5/95 to 95/5), characterized as comprising (1) admixing the hydrocarbon solvent solution of a hydrogenated block copolymer with hot water to produce a dispersion comprising the solution dispersed in the hot water, and (2) introducing the dispersion to a steam stripping vessel by spraying the dispersion toward the surface of the hot water under a condition wherein the vapor pressure P1 of the dispersion and the pressure P2 of the gas phase satisfy the relationship: P1 $m(G) P2 , to remove the solvent through steam stripping, thereby preparing a porous crumb.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé qui permet d'éliminer solvant d'une solution de solvants à base d'hydrocarbures d'un copolymère bloc hydrogéné (le degré d'hydrogénation pour une double liaison de motifs monomères de diène conjugué étant d'au moins 30%). Le résultat est obtenu par hydrogénation d'un copolymère bloc qui comprend un polymère bloc contenant un motif monomère aromatique de vinyle comme élément principal, et polymère bloc contenant un motif monomère de diène conjugué en tant qu'autre élément principal (le motif monomère aromatique de vinyle et le motif monomère de diène conjugué présentant un rapport en poids compris entre 5/95 et 95/5). Le procédé consiste à: 1) mélanger la solution de solvants à base d'hydrocarbures d'un copolymère bloc hydrogéné avec de l'eau chaude pour produire une dispersion comprenant la solution dispersée dans l'eau chaude; et 2) introduire la dispersion dans un distillateur à vapeur et la pulvériser vers la surface de l'eau chaude dans des conditions telles que la pression de vapeur P1 de la dispersion et la pression P2 de la phase gazeuse soient conformes à la relation P1 $m(G) P2, ce qui permet d'éliminer les solvants par désorption en phase vapeur et de préparer un grumeau poreux.
