(EN)A method for preparing crystals of a 3-cephem derivative, characterized in that it comprises subjecting a 3-cephem derivative in the form of an amorphous powder or an oil to a crystallization by the use of a good solvent and a poor solvent comprising carbon dioxide in a supercritical or subcritical state, thereby giving a 3-cephem derivative in a crystaline state; and crystals of a 3-cephem derivative.
(FR)L'invention concerne une méthode de préparation de cristaux à partir d'un dérivé de 3-céphème. La méthode consiste à soumettre un dérivé de 3-céphème, à l'état de poudre amorphe ou d'huile, à un processus de cristallisation mettant en oeuvre un solvant riche et un solvant pauvre comprenant un dioxyde de carbone supercritique ou sous-critique, ce qui donne un dérivé de 3-céphème cristallin. L'invention concerne en outre des cristaux obtenus à partir d'un dérivé de 3-céphème.
