Abstract
(EN) Apparatus (10) for generating calibration gas comprising a contained stream of carrier gas, and a chamber (18) containing at least part of the stream and a volatile reference liquid held by a wick (30) structure so that as the stream passes through the chamber, the volatile reference liquid evaporates from the wick structure into a gas that blends into the carrier gas to form a calibration gas.
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) destiné à produire un gaz d'étalonnage et comprenant un flux contenu de gaz vecteur et une chambre (18) renfermant au moins en partie ce flux ainsi qu'un liquide de référence volatile retenu par une structure de mèche (30) de manière que le flux puisse traverser la chambre et que le liquide de référence volatile s'évapore à partir de la structure de mèche sous la forme d'un gaz destiné à se mélanger au gaz vecteur, d'où la formation d'un gaz d'étalonnage.
