Abstract
(DE) Zur Herstellung eines Werkstoffverbundes aus einem Partikelschaum aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff und wenigstens einer mit diesem verbundenen Schicht werden die vorgeschäumten Partikel auf eine Temperatur im Bereich der Schmelztemperatur erhitzt und miteinander zu einem Formkörper verbunden und währenddessen oder danach mit der Schicht verbunden. Ein solches Verfahren zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß ein Partikelschaum aus Polyalkylenterephthalat oder einem Blend aus Polyalkylenterephthalat mit einem niedrigen Kristallitanteil in ansonsten amorpher Phase eingesetzt wird, und daß der Partikelschaum bei der Bildung des Formkörpers bzw. des Verbundes mit der Schicht und/oder anschließend daran bei einer die amorphe Phase in einen höheren Kristallitanteil umwandelnden Temperatur getempert wird.
(EN) The invention relates to a method of producing a composite material from a particulate foam that consists of a thermoplastic synthetic material and from at least one layer that is linked with said particulate foam. According to the inventive method, the pre-foamed particles are heated to a temperature in the range of the melting temperature and are interlinked to a molded body. They are also linked with the layer during said step or afterwards. The inventive method is also characterized in that a particulate foam from an polyalkylene terephthalate or a polyalkylene terephthalate blend with a low crystallite portion in an otherwise amorphous phase is used. The particulate foam is tempered while the molded body is produced or while it is linked with the layer and/or afterwards at a temperature that induces the formation of a higher crystallite portion from the amorphous phase.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé pour produire un matériau composite constitué d'une mousse particulaire thermoplastique et d'au moins une couche reliée à cette dernière. Ce procédé consiste à chauffer les particules pré-expansées à une température située dans la plage de température de fusion, à les relier pour former un corps moulé et à les raccorder à ladite couche pendant ou après cette opération. Ce procédé est caractérisé par l'utilisation d'une mousse particulaire de téréphtalate de polyalkylène ou d'un alliage de téréphtalate de polyalkylène avec une faible proportion de cristallite se trouvant normalement en phase amorphe. Il est en outre caractérisé en ce que la mousse particulaire est portée à une température provoquant la formation d'une proportion supérieure de cristallite à partir de la phase amorphe, pendant et/ou après la formation du corps moulé ou du composite comportant ladite couche.
