Abstract:
(EN) Apparatus and methods for optical detection with improved read speed and/or signal-to-noise ratio. These apparatus and methods may involve among others moving a sample substrate (108) while simultaneously detecting light transmitted from one or more sample sites (110) on the substrate (108) by sequentially tracking the sample sites (110) as they move. A stage (101), movable in a first direction, supports the substrate (108). A detector (118) detects light emanating from an examination region (102) delimited by a detection initiation position (106a) and a detection termination position (106b). An optical relay structure (122) transmits light from the examination region (102) to the detector (118). A scanning mechanism (120) simultaneously moves the optical relay structure (122) and the substrate in the first direction. The optical relay structure (122) tracks the substrate (108) between the detection initiation position (106a) and the detection termination position (106b).
(FR) L'invention concerne un dispositif et des procédés de détection optique présentant une vitesse de lecture et/ou un rapport signal-bruit améliorés. On peut mettre en oeuvre ce dispositif et ces procédés, entre autres, pour déplacer un substrat-échantillon (108) tout en détectant simultanément la lumière transmise à partir d'un ou plusieurs sites-échantillons (110) sur le substrat (108), par localisation séquentielle des sites-échantillons (110) à mesure qu'ils se déplacent. Un plateau (101) pouvant être déplacé dans une première direction sert de support au substrat (108). Un détecteur (118) détecte la lumière émanant d'une zone d'analyse (102) délimitée par une position de début (106a) de détection et une position de fin (106b) de détection. Une structure à relais optique (122) transmet la lumière de la zone d'analyse (102) au détecteur (118). Un mécanisme de balayage (120) déplace simultanément la structure à relais optique (122) et le substrat dans la première direction. La structure à relais optique (122) localise le substrat (108) entre la position de début (106a) de détection et la position de fin (106b) de détection.
