Abstract:
(EN) An arc melting equipment for cold pig iron source which does not require a transfer and feed device for cold pig iron source to a melting furnace, enables preheating of the next charge of cold pig iron source, and provides an extremely high efficiency which cannot be achieved by the conventional melting equipment in which cold pig iron source is preheated utilizing exhaust gas, comprising a melting furnace for melting cold pig iron source, a preheat shaft which is connected directly to the upper part of the furnace on one side and introduces waste gas generated in the melting furnace so as to preheat cold pig iron source, an arc electrode for melting cold pig iron source in the melting furnace, a cold pig iron source feed device which feeds cold pig iron source to the preheat shaft so that a state that cold pig iron source is present continuously in the melting furnace and the preheat shaft can be maintained, a tapping part which is installed projectedly on the melting furnace and provided with a tap hole, and a tilting means which tilts the melting furnace to the tapping part side, the tapping part being provided in a direction crossing at right angle the direction in which cold pig iron source is fed to the melting furnace, and a separation part being provided between a position where the preheat shaft is provided and a position where the tapping part is provided in the melting furnace so as to prevent cold pig iron source from flowing out to the tap hole side.
(FR) L'invention concerne un équipement de fusion à l'arc de source de fonte brute froide sans dispositif de transfert et d'alimentation pour l'alimentation d'un four de fusion en source de fonte brute froide, qui permet de préchauffer la charge suivante de source de fonte brute froide, et qui assure une très grande efficacité impossible à obtenir avec un équipement de fusion classique, dans lequel la source de fonte brute froide est préchauffée au moyen de gaz d'échappement. L'équipement comprend : un four de fusion pour source de fonte brute froide, une cuve de préchauffage reliée directement à la partie supérieure du four de fusion sur un côté, et introduisant les gaz de combustion issus du four de fusion de manière à préchauffer la source de fonte brute froide, une électrode de four à arc pour la fusion de ladite source dans le four de fusion, un dispositif d'alimentation de source de fonte brute froide fournissant ladite source à la cuve de préchauffage pour maintenir un état de présence continue de la source en question dans le four de fusion et la cuve de préchauffage, une partie de coulée installée en projection sur le four de fusion et dotée d'un trou de coulée, et un système d'inclinaison qui incline le four de fusion vers le côté de la partie de coulée, la partie de coulée étant installée à angle droit par rapport à la direction d'alimentation de la source de fonte brute froide dans le four de fusion, et une partie de séparation entre une position d'établissement de la cuve de préchauffage et une position d'établissement de la partie de coulée dans le four de fusion, de manière à empêcher la source de fonte brute froide de s'écouler à l'extérieur vers le côté du trou de coulée.
