Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a variable gear ratio transmission comprising a number of clutches and brakes which are at least partially configured as wet multi-plate clutches, whereby a hydraulic piston (1) is assigned to each clutch. A baffle plate (2) for the fluid is arranged inside or outside the clutch and is provided for adapting the shifting forces to low torques. This results in the formation of an additional pressure chamber (3) which does not impede the total lift of the piston (1).
(FR) L'invention concerne une transmission automatique à plusieurs rapports démultipliés, comprenant un nombre d'embrayages et de freins, se présentant au moins en partie sous forme d'embrayages à disques multiples à bain d'huile. Un piston hydraulique (1) est associé à chaque embrayage. Il est prévu, pour adapter les forces de commutation à des couples faibles, un disque de retenue (2) monté dans l'embrayage ou en dehors, pour le fluide, de manière à former une chambre de pression (3) supplémentaire, qui n'affecte pas la course globale du piston (1).
(DE) Das Stufenautomatgetriebe, mit einer Anzahl von Kupplungen und Bremsen, die zumindest teilweise als nasslaufende Lamellenkupplungen ausgebildet sind, wobei jeder Kupplung ein hydraulischer Kolben (1) zugeordnet ist, ist zur Anpassung der Schaltkräfte an niedrige Momente eine innerhalb oder ausserhalb der Kupplung angeordnete Stauscheibe (2) für das Fluid vorgesehen, so dass ein zusätzlicher Druckraum (3) gebildet ist, welcher den Gesamthub des Kolbens (1) nicht behindert.
