Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a multi-stage method for producing ABS polymers with a modified resistance to shock, by non-aqueous radical polymerization in the presence of solvents and soluble rubber. The solvent or solvents are only introduced to the process after at least 6 to approximately 30 wt. % 5 of the starting monomer mixture has reacted.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé en plusieurs opérations permettant la production de polymères ABS à résilience modifiée par polymérisation radicale non aqueuse en présence de solvants et de caoutchouc soluble. Le ou les solvant(s) n'est introduit dans le processus qu'après une conversion d'au moins 6 à environ 30 % en poids du mélange monomère de départ.
(DE) Mehrstufiges Verfahren zur Herstellung von schlagzäh modifizierten ABS-Polymeren durch nicht wäßrige radikalische Polymerisation in Gegenwart von Lösungsmitteln und von löslichem Kautschuk, wobei das oder die Lösungsmittel erst nach einem Umsatz von mindestens 6 bis etwa 30 Gew.-% der Ausgangsmonomermischung in den Prozess eingeführt werden.
