(EN)A method for manufacturing a solid product containing nitrogen and phosphor, particularly a solid ammonium phosphate and/or urea ammonium phosphate product, in which method the solution containing urea and phosphoric acid is heated. Water then evaporates from the solution and the urea in the solution decomposes into ammonia and carbon dioxide. The carbon dioxide exits the reactor together with water vapour; the generated ammonia neutralizes the phosphoric acid. A suspension containing ammonium phosphate and/or urea ammonium phosphate is obtained, which is solidified, dried, crushed, ground and/or granulated. The end product as such can be used as a fertilizer or it can be used as part of a mixed fertilizer.
(FR)Cette invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un produit solide contenant de l'azote et du phosphore, notamment un produit solide à base de phosphate d'ammonium et/ou de phosphate d'ammonium urée, lequel procédé consiste à chauffer la solution contenant de l'urée et de l'acide phosphorique. L'eau s'évapore de la solution, et l'urée contenue dans la solution se décompose ammoniac et en dioxyde de carbone. Le dioxyde de carbone quitte le réacteur en même temps que la vapeur d'eau, et l'ammoniac ainsi obtenu neutralise l'acide phosphorique. On obtient une suspension contenant du phosphate d'ammonium et/ou de phosphate d'ammonium urée, laquelle est ensuite solidifiée, séchée, écrasée, broyée et/ou granulée. Le produit fini peut être utilisé tel quel comme engrais ou comme partie d'un engrais mélangé.
