Abstract:
(EN) Metal cyanide catalysts are prepared by first forming a precipitate using no more than a stoichiometric amount of a water-soluble metal salt of the form MxAy, based on the amount of metal cyanide compound that is used. The precipitate is then treated with an additional quantity of a metal salt of the form M3xAy, in which M3 may be the same as or different than M. The catalyst is treated with a complexing agent, either during the precipitation step or during the subsequent treatment with the M3xAy salt.
(FR) Cette invention concerne des catalyseurs de cyanure métallique qui sont fabriqués en formant tout d'abord un précipité en utilisant seulement une quantité stoechiométrique d'un sel métallique soluble dans l'eau et ayant une forme MxAy, ceci en fonction de la quantité du composé de cyanure métallique utilisée. Le précipité est ensuite traité à l'aide d'une quantité complémentaire d'un sel métallique ayant une forme M3xAy où M3 peut être identique à ou différente de M. le catalyseur est traité à l'aide d'un agent complexant soit pendant l'étape de précipitation, soit pendant le traitement suivant à l'aide du sel forme M3xAy.
