(EN)A carbonating device including means for connecting a supply (12) of pressurised CO2, means for connecting a container (1) which container (1) can be partially filled with liquid to be carbonated, CO2 delivery means whereby CO2 under pressure can be delivered from said supply (2) to said liquid wherein said delivery means includes a nozzle (5) adapted to be submerged below the said liquid in said container (1) during use of the device and wherein the said nozzle (5) incorporates a variable venturi orifice (6) in the region where the CO2 under pressure is caused to contact the said liquid and the variation of the venturi is adjustable.
(FR)Selon cette invention, un dispositif à carbonater comprend un système pour raccorder une source de CO2 sous pression (12), un dispositif pour raccorder un récipient (1) qui peut être rempli en partie avec un liquide à carbonater et un système d'amenée de CO2 qui permet d'injecter dans le liquide du CO2 sous pression provenant ladite source (12), le système d'amenée comprenant une buse (5) conçue pour être submergée en partie par ledit liquide à l'intérieur du récipient (1) lors de l'utilisation du dispositif. La buse (5) comporte un venturi (6) à ouverture variable dans la zone où le CO2 sous pression entre en contact avec le liquide, le venturi pouvant être ajusté.
