Abstract:
(EN) A novel electric motor rotor has a plurality of laminate discs (20) having a central aperture (22) and a plurality of slots (30) therein for acceptance of a plurality of electrically conductive bars (50). The slots (30) have a radially outwardly extending tab (34) protruding from a radially inner surface for positioning the conductive bars (50). Additionally, the slots (30) have a radially outer surface (40) having a pair of radiused sections (42) for bearing the centrifugal force of the conductive bars (50) as the rotor (10) spins, and a relieved bridge section (44) enhanced electromagnetic properties.
(FR) Ce nouveau rotor de moteur électrique possède plusieurs disques laminés (20) comprenant une ouverture centrale (22) ainsi que plusieurs fentes (30), servant à recevoir plusieurs barres électroconductrices (50). Ces fentes (30) possèdent un patte (30) qui s'étend de manière radiale vers l'extérieur, saille d'une surface intérieure radiale et sert au positionnement de chaque barre conductrice (50). En outre, ces fentes (30) comportent une surface extérieure radiale (40) comprenant une paire de sections arrondies (42) destinées à servir d'appui à la force centrifuge des barres conductrices (50) lorsque le rotor (10) tourne, ainsi qu'une section formant pont, dégagée, dotant ce rotor de propriétés électromagnétiques accrues.
