Abstract:
(EN) A magnetic particle composition which can be used for separating biomolecules comprises magnetic materials of preferably less than five micron diameter bound to a negatively charged ion exchanger. The composition can be used to separate DNA from mixtures and to separate out cell debris.
(FR) L'invention concerne une composition à base de particules magnétiques qui peut servir à séparer des biomolécules. Cette composition comprend des matières magnétiques présentant un diamètre de préférence inférieur à cinq microns liées à une échangeur d'ions chargé négativement. Cette composition peut servir à séparer l'ADN de mélanges et à extraire des débris cellulaires.
