Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to an internal combustion engine (1), especially for a motor vehicle, which is provided with a combustion chamber (4). Fuel can be directly injected into said combustion chamber by means of an injection valve (9) during an induction phase in a first mode of operation or during a compression phase in a second mode of operation and can be ignited by a spark plug (10) . Additional delayed fuel injection into said combustion chamber (4) is carried out in order to purify the storage catalyst.
(FR) L'invention concerne un moteur à combustion interne (1) destiné notamment à un véhicule automobile. Ce moteur comprend une chambre de combustion dans laquelle du carburant peut être directement injecté par une soupape d'injection (9) pendant une phase d'admission, dans un premier mode de fonctionnement, et pendant une phase de compression, dans un deuxième mode de fonctionnement, et peut être enflammé par une bougie (10). Afin de décontaminer un catalyseur à accumulation, une injection supplémentaire retardée du carburant est effectuée dans la chambre de combustion (4).
(DE) Es wird eine Brennkraftmaschine (1) insbesondere für ein Kraftfahrzeug beschrieben, die mit einem Brennraum (4) versehen ist, in den Kraftstoff in einer ersten Betriebsart während einer Ansaugphase oder in einer zweiten Betriebsart während einer Verdichtungsphase direkt von einem Einspritzventil (9) einspritzbar und von einer Zündkerze (10) entzündbar ist. Zum Zwecke des Entgiftens eines Speicherkatalysators wird eine zusätzliche späte Einspritzung von Kraftstoff in den Brennraum (4) durchgeführt.
