Abstract:
(EN) In an excavation direction, an excavating device forms a channel of predetermined cross section in the ground. The excavating device comprises an assembly of jet excavating units which together define the cross section of the channel and are each provided with at least one jet device. The excavating device also comprises at least one sensor which is connected to at least one of the jet excavating units for measuring a force which is exerted on the jet excavating units by the ground substantially parallel to the excavation direction. Control means are provided for controlling the excavation by the excavating device on the basis of the force measured by the at least one sensor. The control means are adapted to set a flow rate of jet liquid which is used in at least one jet device.
(FR) Selon l'invention, un dispositif d'excavation forme dans le sol un canal d'une section transversale prédéterminée allant dans une direction d'excavation. Le dispositif d'excavation comprend un ensemble d'unités d'excavation par jet qui, ensemble, définissent la section transversale du canal; chaque unité est munie d'au moins un dispositif à jet. Le dispositif d'excavation comprend également au moins un capteur connecté à moins avec une des unités d'excavation par jet et servant à mesurer la force que le sol sensiblement parallèle au sens d'excavation applique aux unités d'excavation par jet. Des systèmes de contrôle permettent de contrôler l'excavation effectuée par le dispositif d'excavation sur la base de la force mesurée par le ou les capteur(s). Les systèmes de contrôle sont réglés pour fixer le débit du liquide de jet utilisé dans le ou les dispositif(s) à jet.
