(EN)The present invention relates to the lubricant grease compositions, in particular to the compositions for the treatment of friction pairs, and can be used in the machine building for the treatment of friction units, and also during the exploitation of different mechanisms and machines for prolongation of interrepair time or for damage control (repair-restore operations). The basis of the invention is the improvement of the composition for the treatment of friction pairs, including metal and non-metal oxides, in which, as a consequence of the use of the products of dehydration of such hydrates, which in the stable state contain oxides from the series of MgO, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, K2O, Na2O in its composition, is provided by the formation of the stable state on nanodispersed oxide structures, which minimize the resistance to displacement and area of contact surfaces of friction pairs, and transfer any form of friction in the rolling friction, and at the expense of that, strengthening of friction pair surfaces and decrease of friction coefficient are reached; working-technical conditions of machines and mechanisms are improved. The use of the compositions according to the offered technical decision provides to receive the stable results, manifested by hardness and wear resistance increase, friction coefficient decrease, improving of technical-economical characteristics of the machines and mechanisms.
(FR)L'invention porte sur des compositions de graisses lubrifiantes s'utilisant en particulier pour le traitement de coussinets pouvant servir dans l'industrie des machines pour le traitement d'organes soumis au frottement, et lors de l'exploitation de différents mécanismes ou machines pour prolonger l'intervalle entre révisions ou réparations. La base de l'invention repose sur l'amélioration de compositions de traitement des coussinets à base d'oxydes métalliques et non métalliques qui, suite à l'utilisation des produits de déshydratation de ces hydrates, consiste en oxydes à l'état stable choisis parmi MgO, SiO2, Al2O3, CaO, Fe2O3, K2O, Na2O. Il résulte du passage à l'état stable sur des structures d'oxydes nanodispersées, une réduction de la résistance au déplacement et de la surface de contact des coussinets, un transfert de toute forme de frottement dans le frottement roulant, un durcissement des surfaces des coussinets et une réduction du coefficient de frottement, ce qui améliore les conditions d'utilisation des machines et des mécanismes. Le recours à ces compositions permet d'obtenir des résultats stables en matière de dureté et de résistance à l'usure, d'abaissement du coefficient de frottement, et d'amélioration des performances technico-économiques des machines et mécanismes.
