Abstract:
(EN) A tap for controlling liquid flow from a bag (24) contained in an outer box is disclosed. It includes a cylindrical barrel (12) having a tube (14) with an inlet end (16), a seat (36) formed at the inlet end (16) and an outlet (34). The outlet (34) serves as an outlet from the barrel (12). The inlet end (16) and the outlet (34) are located on opposite sides of the seat (36). The tap further includes a plunger knob (38), which is sealingly slidably movable in the tube (14). The plunger knob (38) is integrally formed with a circumferential skirt (40) slidably fitting over the outside of the tube (14). During use the plunger knob (38) is displaceable internally along the tube (14) whereby a circumferential sealing edge (52) moves across the outlet (34) from a closed position, in which the sealing edge (52) is in engagement with the seat (36) to close off the inlet end (16) from the outlet (34), into an open position in which the sealing edge (52) is spaced away from the seat (36) to permit liquid flow through the inlet end (16) to the outlet (34). For closure of the outlet (34) the reverse procedure takes place whereby the plunger knob (38) is moved back into the closed position.
(FR) La présente invention concerne un robinet destiné au réglage d'un débit de liquide provenant d'un sac (24) contenu dans une boîte extérieure. Ce robinet comprend un barillet cylindrique (12) constitué d'un tube (14) doté d'une entrée (16), d'un siège (36) formé à l'entrée (16) et d'une sortie (34). La sortie (34) sert de sortie de barillet (12). L'entrée (16) et la sortie (34) sont disposées sur des côtés opposés du siège (36). Le robinet comprend aussi un bouton plongeur (38), glissant de manière étanche dans le tube (14). Une jupe circonférentielle (40), faisant partie intégrante du bouton plongeur (38), est ajustée et coulisse sur l'extérieur du tube (14). A l'utilisation, le bouton plongeur (38) est déplacé à l'intérieur, le long du tube (14), une extrémité circonférentielle d'étanchéité (52) se déplaçant à travers la sortie (34) à partir d'une position de fermeture, dans laquelle l'extrémité d'étanchéité (52) est en contact avec le siège (36) afin de séparer l'entrée (16) de la sortie (34), jusqu'à une position d'ouverture, dans laquelle l'extrémité d'étanchéité (52) est écartée du siège (36) afin de permettre un écoulement de liquide à travers l'entrée (16) puis vers la sortie (34). La fermeture de la sortie (34) est obtenue au moyen de la procédure opposée dans laquelle le bouton plongeur (38) est ramené à la position de fermeture.
