(EN)Disclosed is a high pressure injection molding system employing one or more plastic injection molding workstations (18-27) including split molds, a single plastic extruder (10) coupled to a heated manifold (14) capable of delivering fluid plastic to multiple workstations, and wherein final lockup of the split mold halves results in application of compressive forces effective to maintain the split mold halves in nominal position during high pressure injection molding conditions. Operational movement is performed by use of a single remote pumping station (400) utilizing pressure compensated pumps (402), accumulators (404), and manifolds. The independent mold workstations allow independent operation while providing efficiency of operation for the hydraulic system and extruder system.
(FR)L'invention concerne un système de moulage par injection haute pression comportant un ou plusieurs postes (18-27) de moulage de plastique par injection comprenant des moules à coins, une unique extrudeuse (10) de plastique reliée à un distributeur (14) chauffé distribuant le plastique fluide aux différents postes, le verrouillage final des demi-moules à coins entraînant l'application de forces de compression suffisantes pour maintenir les demi-moules à coins en position nominale durant le moulage par injection haute pression. La distribution est assurée par une unique station (400) de pompage distante comportant des pompes à compensation de pression, des accumulateurs, et des répartiteurs. Chacun des postes de moulage peut fonctionner de manière indépendante, alors que le système hydraulique et le système d'extrusion conservent leur efficacité.
