Abstract:
(EN) A process for the production of a peptide is disclosed, the process comprising expressing in the milk of a transgenic, non-human, placental mammal a fusion protein which comprises the peptide to be expressed linked to a fusion partner protein which is lysozyme. The fusion protein may be separate from the milk and cleaved to yield the target peptide. A transgenic, non-human, placental mammal whose genome incorporates a DNA molecule comprising a coding sequence encoding lysozyme coupled to a peptide is also described.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un peptide, ledit procédé consistant à exprimer, dans le lait d'un mammifère placentaire transgénique non humain, une protéine de fusion qui comprend le peptide à exprimer, lié à une protéine partenaire qui est un lysozyme. La protéine de fusion peut être séparée du lait et coupée pour produire le peptide cible. L'invention concerne également un mammifère placentaire transgénique non humain dont le génome incorpore une molécule d'ADN comprenant un séquence codante codant pour un lysozyme couplé à un peptide.
