Abstract:
The invention relates to a composite consisting of at least one first molded part, and a second molded part, whereby the first molded part and the second molded part are rigidly connected to one another by a welded area on at least one partial area of a surface α of the first molded part and a surface β of the second molded part. At least the first molded part consists of at least 50 % by weight of a molding material, containing in relation to the sum of the percentages by weight of components A to I totaling 100 % by weight: a) up to 97.9 % by weight of at least one polycondensate as component A; b) 1 to 12 % by weight of at least one particle-shaped grafted copolymer with a glass transition temperature in the soft phase below 0 °C and an average particle size between 50 and 1000 as component B; c) 1 to 12 % by weight of at least one copolymer as component C consisting of monomers c1) 50 to 90 % by weight of at least one vinyl aromatic monomer as component C1 and c2) 10 to 50 % by weight of acrylnitrile and/or methacrylnitrile as component C2, in relation to component C; d) 0 to 15 % by weight of a polycarbonate as component D; e) 0 to 15 % by weight of a polymer having a rubber different from that of component B as component E; f) 0 to 20 % by weight of a polyester different from component A as component F; g) 0 to 20 % by weight of a copolymer different from that of component C consisting at least of a vinyl aromatic monomer carrying a C1- to C10-alkyl radical and a vinyl monomer that can be polymerized with the latter as component G; h) 0 to 50 % by weight of at least one fiber as component H; i) 0.1 to 10 % by weight of common additives such as carbon black, UV stabilizers, oxidation inhibitors, lubricating agents and mold-release agents as component I, and the second molded part consists of at least 50 % by weight of the molding material or consists totally of a polymer differing from the molding material. The invention also relates to the utilization of said molding materials, molded parts and composites and to laminates having said composites or constructs having said composites and laminates.
