(EN)A method for reducing the risk for coatings and cloggings of heat absorbing surfaces present above the black liquor sprayers in a recovery boiler, whereby the oxygen concentration in the recovery boiler is increased on at least one level above said black liquor sprayers, for the purpose of increasing the combustion speed for pyrolytic gases and thereby reducing the gas temperature prior to its entrance into the superheater area.
(FR)L'invention concerne un procédé permettant de réduire le risque de formation de dépôts et d'encrassement des surfaces absorbant la chaleur situées au dessus des vaporisateurs de liqueur noire dans une chaudière de récupération. Ce procédé consiste à augmenter la concentration en oxygène dans la chaudière de récupération dans au moins un niveau situé au dessus des vaporisateurs de liqueur noire, afin d'accroître la vitesse de combustion des gaz de pyrolyse et de réduire ainsi la température des gaz avant leur passage dans la zone du surchauffeur.
