Abstract
(EN) An injection compression molding method and device, wherein a large number of high-precision molded parts can be obtained rapidly and efficiently. The method is characterized by comprising the step of closing a mold (2, 3) and then filling a plurality of cavities (1A, 1B) formed in the mold with molten resin branching through hot runners (10A, 10B) formed in each cavity; the step in which the operation of individually detecting the filled state of resin in each cavity and completely closing a gate when a predetermined filled state is reached, is performed independently for each cavity; the step in which the operation of advancing the front end of movable cores (5A, 5B) into the cavities and increasing the pressure in the cavity to a predetermined value is performed independently for each cavity; and the step of withdrawing the products after the passage of a given cooling time, these steps being successively performed.
(FR) L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif de moulage par injection-compression qui permettent de produire de manière rapide et efficace un grand nombre de pièces moulées de haute précision. Le procédé consiste à fermer un moule (2, 3) puis à remplir une pluralité de cavités (1A, 1B) formées dans le moule d'une résine fondue se répandant à travers des canaux chauffés (10A, 10B) formés dans chaque cavité. La vérification individuelle de l'état de remplissage de la résine dans chaque cavité et la fermeture complète de la porte lorsqu'un état de remplissage préétabli est atteint sont effectuées de manière indépendante pour chaque cavité au cours de la même étape. Le déplacement vers l'extrémité avant de poinçons mobiles (5A, 5B) à l'intérieur des cavités et l'augmentation de la pression dans la cavité à une valeur préétablie sont effectués de manière indépendante pour chaque cavité au cours de la même étape. Les produits sont retirés au bout d'un certain temps de refroidissement, une fois ces étapes réalisées successivement.
