Also disclosed are methods and compositions of ?114m¿In for brachytherapy. The ?114m¿In isotope has a half-life of 49.5 days, an average $g(b)-particle energy of 773 keV, and a dose rate of 1.66 rad.g.$g(m)Ci?-1¿.h?-1¿. ?114m¿In emits a gamma-ray at 190 keV with 16 % intensity useful in diagnostics.
