Es werden vorgewickelte Spulen axial in Nuten von Statoren oder Rotoren elektrischer Maschinen eingezogen. Dies geschieht mittels eines durch deren Bohrung hindurch vorschiebbaren Einziehsterns, hinter dem während des Einziehens Deckstreifen (16) aus Isoliermaterial in die Nuten (12) vor deren Öffnungsschlitze geschoben werden. Um zu verhindern, dass beim Zurückziehen des Einziehsterns (28) die Deckstreifen (16) wieder teilweise aus den Nuten (12) gezogen werden, ist vorgesehen, dass die Deckstreifen (16) während eines bestimmten ersten Abschnitts des Rückhubs des Einziehsterns (28) gegen eine Rückwärtsbewegung abgestützt werden, z.B. dadurch, dass die Schieber während der ersten Phase des Rückhubs des Einziehsterns (28) in ihrer vorgeschobenen Stellung stehen bleiben.

Pre-wound coils are axially drawn into the slots of stators or rotors of electric machines by means of a draw-in star which can be fed through the bore of the stator or rotor. During the drawing-in process, cover strips (16) consisting of an insulating material are pushed into the slots (12) in front of their opening slits. According to the invention, the cover strips (16) are supported against a reverse movement during a first part of the return stroke of the draw-in star in order to prevent them from being partially drawn back out of the slots (12) when the draw-in star (28) is pulled back. The cover strips can be supported e.g. by the sliders remaining in their advanced position during the first phase of the return stroke of the draw-in star (28).

L'invention concerne l'implantation axiale de bobines pré-enroulées dans des encoches de stators ou de rotors de machines électriques au moyen d'une étoile d'implantation pouvant traverser leur alésage et derrière laquelle, pendant l'implantation, des bandes de recouvrement (16) en matériau isolant sont poussées dans les encoches (12) devant leurs fentes d'ouverture. Pour éviter que les bandes de recouvrement (16) ne ressortent partiellement des encoches (12) lors du retrait de l'étoile d'implantation (28), les bandes de recouvrement (16) viennent en butée contre un mouvement en retour pendant une première section de la course de retour de l'étoile d'implantation (28). A cet effet, par exemple, les coulisses peuvent rester dans leur position avancée pendant la première phase de la course de retour de l'étoile d'implantation (28).
